The Cape to Cape Catchments Group has the following volunteer opportunities available for those wanting to get actively involved in environmental work on our beautiful coast.

Thursday May 21: Coastal Rehabilitaion works at Redgate Beach.
Work will include brushing of erosion prone areas and preparation for a schools planting day on 22 May.

Thursday June 4,11,18 and 25: Coastal Rehabilitation works at Prevelly/Gnarabup.
Work will include planting of 1400 native seedlings and preparation and support for a schools planting day on June 18.

For the regulars of the Capes Volunteer Team these activities will be run as usual CVT work days.

Emma will be back in the role of CVT Leader. Meet at the CCG offices at 8.50am for a 9.00 am departure. Those wishing to go direct to the coast can contact Emma on 0438 900 281 to find out work locations. Morning tea and all equipment is provided. Please wear suitable clothing (long pants, covered boots or shoes, hat) and bring a personal water bottle.
